What are they trying to do?
why are they kicking our asses this hard?
why don't they just get out and look
for another human resources rather
than choke our necks
til we turn blue and just let us go
without dignity and money?
why not just lose the money and keep the dignity
let us go
with a failing CSAT score?
how is that possible
when i swear i tried to assist that CREEP!
who has ever heard about parkandfly?
but i found it out just to be able to answer her question

why can't we dispute the CSAt score
when things like these are very subjective
like QA
it's very subjective
very much leaning on opinion based scoring
